Feeling Tired and Mad

Didn't sleep well last night since my husband was out of town.  Lucky I'm working from home in my dark house so I don't have the glaring lights of work to deal with.
I'm walking around paranoid that every little headache or glare or neck ache, etc. is going to turn into the full blown symptoms I had for three months.  Right now I have a headache and I'm sure it's from lack of sleep and not eating (which is my new thing) but I'm like okay this is it!  Here ya go, the migraine that will never end! Gloom and Doom! Stupid I know, but can't help it.
I'm also mad that people with this disease are not being taken seriously and are having difficulties getting disability.  I'm not even close to that point but when and if I ever am, I want to be taken seriously.  I know this is rare but it's real DAMN IT!

Okay I'm done rambling.

Use an ice pack or a cool pack for your headache. Do you sew? Your mom? Get some scraps of flannel and some material and make like a little pillow case. Fill it with rice and close up. Stick in the freezer and it\'ll help with the headaches. Not to ooooooooo cold I get ice headaches too. It gets cool, and you can even use it as a warm pad if you put in the microwave a min.

I highjacked your post I\'m sorry. I wrote my own discussion, I didn\'t mean to take away the advice from you.

Make sure to always always get your medical records. It took me all day just to get some of mine. Always get a copy cuz it sucks having to get them last minute. Mri ct scans get them and get the cds too. They have the images on them.

LOL You didn\'t highjack my post! you are welcome to comment or give advice any time. My husband finally filled a tube sock with rice and a rubber band! He said it is waiting for me when I get home. Hey, not fancy but it will work! Yes, my opthamologist has all my records online, MRI results, Spinal Tap results and his own stuff. So I\'m lucky I can go online and print from one place.

I\'m sorry you are having to go through so many resources to find your stuff! Oh yeah, I need that CD! When do you go to eye doc??
