Feeling strong

I'm feeling empowered. I did some affirmations, meditated and prayed. I'm not one to believe by just praying for something its going to show up. I think God gives us opportunities to achieve our goals and whether or not we take advantage of it is up to us...free will.  So one day at a time and just for today I will be real with myself and others.
