Feeling Sleepy

Its 1.50 and ive been up since 11,but im feeling weary and quite heavy,my mood is low ,im going to see my councellor in 20 minutes and cant be bothered with it,but i dont want to miss any appointments ,as i know it could be important,feeling quite lonely aswell,well thats my moan for today now i need to get moving !
