Feeling sick

Hi friends sicky her again to day not so good very cold here in South  aAfric  Pietermaritzburg  mornings are very stressful  battling to get going I am already .bed  bound miss my active life   good to know i. Am not the only one  going through his breathing hell to day just want to give up  tired  and feel so hopeless
