Feeling Rough

Just feeling rough, but, should have used the naughty word!. Last week was great felt, a million dollars, today feel like I have been beaten up, body not my own today! belongs to someone else, sorry about the big print, but, I'm having trouble seeing again, taken extra hydro/salt, about to take a electrolyte's sachet to see If that helps, body fizzing like my body mass is having fizzy pop/soda in my entire body.Legs twitching/going into spasms muscles, feeling very heavy indeed.
The pain in my back/hip/shin's hands is so intense can't help thinking why/ how am I going to get through and enjoy my life again. Hate it when I feel like this, I'm not a flat/miserable  person I'm quite up beat really, always on the go,but the pain everywhere has moved so far up the pain scale it;s blow off.Unreal PAIN!  How does everyone cope with unreal nerve pain out there!. going to get up and try and fight another day, typing and finger's are so swollen with arthritic pain and burning, today can hardly do Jack sh@t wish it was last week again, I was on top of the world
praying it won't be long to get that back.........maybe tomra will be better...In my dreams at the moment!

You have my prayers, dear friend. I know exactly how you suffer. Sometimes the me in my dreams feels the pain in my body so I do understand. You are so very special. Not just anyone can handle Addisons. It is life changing, llife quality stealing, illness, and it is relentless. But you were hand picked to walk this path beause YOU are one of the few that CAN handle it. Some days you feel so good, in a drop of a hat you can be in the ER fighting for your life. Constant uncertainty\'s, but I promise you that YOU are one of us, the few that can take it and own it. We Addisonian\'s are a very special breed, we walk a path that even our closest loved ones do not understand. It overcomes us all at times and makes us feel weak. I wish I could actually help you when you find yourself in this place, but the best I can do is stand beside you like your shadow and be there for you, so here I am, open arms, understanding heart, and I too have Addisons. Hang in there dear friend, just hang in there. We gotta stick together and OWN this disease !! You just pick up your little head and proudly claim Addisons, then like a naughty child you must control all that can be controlled. Your on my prayer list now as well. Sometimes we just have to fight, other times we just have to take a break and sit on the pitty pot for a while, but when that dust settles we just have to keep fighting by knowing our disease (and our own bodys, that seem to change day by day and betray us). When you feel better, and you will feel better, you will fight again, and until then sweety, just rest. Hugs and praytes to you
