Feeling Rough

I just feel beat up.  Tired.  Guess it is still jet lag.  Or having to come back and be so damn responsible for everyone.  Mom is saying her head is still dizzy, and her nose is stuffy.  Mike is telling me about how much blood is coming out of his nose.  You know, I suggest to them what they need to do, drink water, use the Flonase but they just want to complain.  I am really in a mood.....
I am going to a Women's Retreat this weekend.  I hope I get rejuvenated.
