feeling really down again!!!!!!!!

I dont know why but i have just been feeling so miserable the last few days.I guess its because that guy i went out with last week made me feel so special before hand then to ignore me after has made me feel sofat and ugly.Am i ever going to be loved again?Im not even botherd that my stbx has moved on again and is now dating a teacher.Good luck to her thats what i say.I just feel crappy about myself.Ihope this year gets better i cant take another one like last year...
