Feeling overwhelmed

Hi:
Things still feel very challenging.
My son, who also suffers with depression, anxiety, OCD, etc. - will not go to a doctor.  He has no drug plan, and cannot afford the meds.  I have given him over $10K - over the last year - and I cannot afford to keep this up.
So, I try to encourage, and advise.  Problem is he is 29, and not easy to advise.  Sort of like herding cats.
Things at work are a challenge.  I started a new job, 10 weeks ago.  The project I am working on is not going well.  We are hopelessly behind.  I have spoken to my supervisor, and all she does is shrug, and say it will get done.
Well, I don't believe her.
Also going to visit my kids, on Friday.  Trips stress me out, at the best of times.
So - all this stress -put together - is making life difficult - at the moment.
I continue to try.
Feeling overwhelmed.

Big hug for you bummed.... Perhaps it\'s time to let your son stand on his own 2 feet...and if he needs to fall so be it... Doctors can often provide drug samples here if you aren\'t able to afford meds and if he needs to he can perhaps get some help from the government.... Constantly rescuing him may be keeping him a child.... Bless you...x
