My dear friend Tyrone died last night aged 46 ,i feel lost and dont want to go out of the house,i need to go and see his wife and children but cant face it yet.

Thank you for the kind words of support,i have been to see his wife and kids today but found it very difficult ,i am pleased i went,i have replayed the last message he left on my phone a few times tonight ,its very sad.
