Feeling Kind of Down
I'm feeling kind of down, so I'm using this font color to try to cheer up this journal entry. I love you all as my DS family, so I feel I have to bring this up to you because I know you. Right now, I feel like crying inside. You see, I'm very, very, passionate about doing things, that when they're denied to me, it is very hard for me to accept. I know God wants the best for me, but like a child, it hurts when I can't have it. As I mentioned a little over a month ago, I feel this short-term mission trip to Peru was possibly not going to happen. Today, it looks like it won't happen, even after doing all I could to raise the funds and save. I just feel defeated right now and I don't know what else to do. Please pray for my emotions right now and for my strength. That would be very appreciated. It's still not quite over and I'll think of something I'm sure, but first I'll pray for wisdom and as hard as it is for this child to accept, that first God's Will be done.

God closes a door only to open another door to a better opportunity. Sometimes we stare so hard at the closed door that we fail to see the other door that\'s opened. Keep your eyes open. God\'s word tells us not to be moved by our emotion. We are to stand strong on HIS word. I will be praying for you. Ginnycat is right, God may have something way better planned for you. Don\'t let satan steal your joy.

Hi sweetie sorry you feel so low. Proverbs 13:12 tells us \"Hope deferred makes the heart sick, but when the desire is fulfilled, it is a tree of life.\"
God\'s timeing for you right now appears to be a closed door but don\'t look at it as a end. We do see through a glass so dimly. He see\'s your heart and He has placed that in you and He will see it fulfilled in His time and when that desire is fulfilled, it will be a tree of life. I want to thank you all. Yes, it has been a struggle and I understand everybody has a low point in life. God is with us all the time. I\'m feeling better and I have been praying that God will use me to His liking. Thanks again for your replies. :)
