Feeling kind of blue
No idea why. Hormones? Stress? I went to the Y this AM and did my muscle pump. Saw several friends there and said hello. Muscle pump was killer. We did a zillion squats. Man, my legs were killing me! Did all kinds of things with weights to music. Then I did 24 minutes on the treadmill just to get some steps and cardio in. Came home, got a shower and took David to karate. I am so afraid after all this work that darn scale is not going to move. I binged a little last night: some corn tortilla chips (low fat), 4 Oreo vanilla double stuff cookies, and a peanut butter sandwich. I just could not stop myself. I think the boo hooeys started last night. I did not bowl well last night. I feel anti social. I am taking the Christmas decorations down today. I am sure that is not helping. My motivation is totally out the window. I did 14 days in a row over 10k steps. I got rejected by 2 people on facebook from a friend request. I finally deleted my friend request to my own sister (who acknowledged everyone else but me for weeks and I got tired of seeing it.) Now, FB keeps suggesting her as a friend! I mean, after all, we have 10 friends in common! My house is a mess and cluttery. NO cooperation from husband and son. I am SO tired of having to pick up after them. Boxes everywhere from Christmas stuff. Ugh! Oh, and for some strange reason, I feel totall fat today. And I have been hungry all day. I have been averaging 1400 calories per day. I feel awful. Just want to go back to bed. We were supposed to get sushine today but it was mostly cloudy. I am dying for Spring. Warmth and sun. Work last week was brutal. 5 new claims. I have my annual physical this week with Dr. I just want to curl up and go back to bed and have felt like this all afternoon.

Hang in there, we all have those off days! Great job on getting to the Y, that will def unload some stress. I know what you mean about the scale not moving, that\'s a fear I always have. Try to refocus and relax a bit. It\'ll all come together soon! Take care of yourself!
The blues - I had them last week and hit the candy dish! The candy did not iimprove my mood - only made it worse as I then had to carry the guilt of the chocolate binge! Hang in there and work thru the blues, forget the Facebook friend thing and move on...enjoy the friends you have! Look for the positives!
I can totally relate to what you are going through! I go through what I call \"rough patches\" every couple months or so where I am completely unmotivated, and just overall grumpy. The good news is that it WILL pass, and you WILL be back to your old self again. Just hang in there and try and keep up with your exercise because that really will help. I wouldn\'t worry too much about your eating right now, just do your best and try not to get too far off track. If the scale doesn\'t move this week, it will move next week :)
