Feeling incredibly awful today

I am feeling very bad today - I don't mean physically, though there is that. I've been doing a lot of physical things lately, and my back is not up to this level of hard work (which would be normal life for most people), for instance, I mowed the lawn, climbed a ladder to remove a plant growing in the gutters, did a load of laundry, unpacked a few boxes and shifted a few things from the garage down to the basement, from the basement to the kitchen, etc.
Then I went and had a long visit with my mother, and we had a long talk.
But the talk has left me unsettled. You see, she has 3 living children, all of whom have not much of anything. I just lost my house; my younger brother does own his condo, but is on disability; and my older brother has naught but a car load of possessions, and he would not even have that if I had not brought them here from Maine.
The older brother, by the way, is the one I've been complaining about. I am angry at him, but I will eventually get over it. Judging by his behavior, I don't trust his judgement, and I'm afraid that he is going to try to interfere with me here, at my mother's house.
I had a talk with my younger brother, and he agrees with me about it, so I had a talk with my mother about it, and although she also agrees, I am uneasy. I don't want to cheat my older brother out of his share of inheritance, but my mother's house is now my home, and I don't want my older brother to insert himself into it or have any say about the disposition of it in the interim.
I am very uneasy about the entire subject, and would not even be bringing it up if not for my older brother already posting on facebook what he wants for by way of my mother's furniture as inheritance. I didn't tell her about that, because she would be appalled and upset, but I did tell my younger brother.
It really is a wonder that I don't drink more, and I can really understand why people do.

Hate that Vulture aspect. Your mother is still living, he sounds like my older brother. Who sold family property left for all six kids as named children, he inserted his childrens names while executor. Then, wrote off his children shares as loans for vehicles and stuff, so he kept all the proceeds of the sale. This was Lake Mi property.
You need to have a \"rental agreement in place even if it\'s only a dollar a year, while you choose to live there. My dad had that in place for my Step mom, but he sold it as soon as he could after she died.
