Feeling ill

I'm not feeling too well today.  And now I'm starting to worry something is wrong. Yesterday arvo I had stinging sensentaions when I went to the loo so I called the Dr to see what he said.  He had me straight in and tested me for a UTI.  He said it sounded like I had one but I wasn't testing positive for one.  It seemed to go away later in the evening so hoped all was ok.  Then last night I got a dizzy headache which lasted all night.  My daughter decided also at 2am that it was morning time so I spent most of the night trying to get her off again.  So I'm completely exhausted today, still have a headach, I've had an upset stomach with a dullish ache (not like miscarriage pains), a temperature and I feel sick.  And to top it off I had a tiny amount of spotting again. I wish I could have another scan.  I'm starting to worry now about things being wrong. I'm going mad
