feeling helpless

My dr started me on 20 mg of Lexapro at the same time he weaned me to 20 mg of Zoloft. I started with shortness of breath which made me go to urgent care and then have to be tested for a PE. well they found an splenic artery aneurysm coming off my spleen, apparently it is small. but ive been just a nervus wreck about everything. everyday I think im dying from some crazy ailment. its horrible. I just want to feel better. I saw a psych and he took me off Lexapro dose, made me skip the weekend then do every other day on 10 mg because he said my primary did it completely wrong and that's why its been so bad. I just want to feel better.
