Feeling = Healing

 For the past several months, I have been working on not  judging what comes up for me, but seeing  it as a GIFT (not always easy).
What happens when, just for a moment, we stay with our pain, our fear, our doubt, our discomfort, our grief, our broken heart, even our numbness, without trying to change it, or fix it, or numb ourselves to it, or get rid of it in any way? What happens when, even when we feel like leaving, abandoning the moment for the promise of a future salvation, we stay, sitting with the raw, unfiltered, boundlessly alive life-energy that is simply trying to express right now? What happens when, just for a moment, despite all urges to the contrary, we don’t “do” anything about our discomfort or grief, we drop all tricks and tactics and clever manipulations, and instead, begin to deeply acknowledge what is here, honouring it, listening to its deeper call, sinking into the mystery of it? What happens when we make the radical commitment to never turn away from this moment, as it dances in emptiness? It is just a simple, yet difficult adjustment: what I am feeling NOW is what I am asked to bless, to sit with, to forgive. I am asked to receive, so LOVE can transform it FOR me and THROUGH me.
Happy Wednesday everyone!

I am working with it too! I find it is loving myself unconditionally and without judgment. When judgment comes up (especially with myself) I just watch and allow the feelings that come with it; the I always try to REMEMBER I was innocent and then I took on all these other people\'s beliefs; and institutions, and churches\' and schools....it\'s a totally different shift, but it seems to be working for me right now. I am definitely seeing many, many ways I judge! xx

YEAH this is super and just what I needed to read! A perfect description of the
wonderful \'oneness\' of living in the moment. xxxxx

I like it too. It\'s much like \"letting go\", to me at least. Letting go of judgments. It is what it is at this moment; and then back to accepting the Buddhist concept of impermanence. Only with less \'thinking\' by just watching the energy. It feels like unconditional love. I\'ll start using it when I feel self-criticisms. And with other events too, internal and external. Hugszzz

I never cared for the term \"letting go!\" Embracing all things, without judgment, works better for me. No expectations, no thinking, just allowing. Yes, it is allowing myself to love myself unconditionally! i.e. I have what one would call a \"noisy neighbor.\" She drives me crazy because she has let her grandchildren come up on my patio and play with some stuff I really don\'t want played with. I have shared with her, I would prefer they not do this. She said the other day \"I bet Roman likes that green chair\" and I said \"I have any idea what you are talking about; oh yeah, his ninja turtle chair.\" I have it behind my blinds (which are sometimes kind of open) so she must have certainly stared pretty long to see it. Anyway, I am really, really, judging her. So this morning I embraced my feelings/judgments and found many ways I at one time or another have been very BOLD, NOISY and so NEGATIVE (she is that too). As I watch those judgments surface, I see how much fear I was in when I was like this (and still am at times). I really noticed how bold I have been in the past and realize when I was like this, I was needing to be right and was very afraid. As I allow this to show up and look at it in me and embrace it instead of judging it, I feel I will get much better (and I already have) at accepting her...and the beat goes on. The Universe is ALWAYS SHOWING me what i have to heal; I just need to continue to pay attention! Happy Friday everyone! xx \"What is it I have avoided feeling and how does that block my healing?\"

I think I have cursed a lot. I don't like it, but maybe it's the newness and I am resisting the change of it! :-) Kind of like I do when I have to change things in my corner of the world. How about you?
