Added raw sesame seeds to my OJ, Frequensea, Super Food morning drink. Sesame seeds are a wonderful source of copper and other great minerals. Copper is especially good for RA. My energy level is better than it has been in a long time. I juiced some asparagus, Brussels sprouts and tomatoes for afternoon meal yesterday. It was much better than I expected...though I would have finished it regardless of taste because of the benefits. I'm actually enjoying this odd, new (for me) diet. Mostly vegen, but with animal products like cottage cheese, which I love. Seasoning with sea salt, black pepper and garlic olive oil and I'm in heaven. I'm actually able to make a tight fist today with my poor, sore right hand...haven't been able to for a long time. My left hand seems better today also, but may not come all the way back. Wish it would. I'd like to play my guitar again.
