Feeling GREAT!

I feel awesome today!  I did a little over 4 miles on the treadmill today!  I used a mid-level program that had me between between 3.8 and 4.5 miles per hour for the most part.  I have always had problems with asthma, so jogging and running make me nervous.  I decided to start off somewhat easy on myself and build up to it.  I did a lot of speed walking and jogged about half the time.  That is AWESOME for me!  I got a little short of breath, but didn't have to pull out my inhaler!!  WOOT! I've been taking Mona Vie and I think that is really helping me out.  My allergies to animals and dust have completely cleared up and I think that is why my asthma isn't bothering me so much anymore.  I thought that running would still do it, but I think my asthma is mostly allergy related.  This stuff is great!   I woke up feeling drained and didn't really want to work out.  For me, I used that as motivation to get my butt on that treadmill!  No excuses!  I want to lose weight and I am almost to my ideal, so I will NOT accept excuses from myself anymore!  I can do this! Lots of love to everyone today!!

Wow! You are so motivated! I hope some of that rubs off on me. Getting out of bed for the gym is my downfall - but I am going to do it this month! If you can do it so can I! Well done to you!
