Feeling Good
Monday: coffee with 1/2 & 1/2 x 2, Propel fitness water (large bottle), banana, Campbells Harvest Light veg soup, cream cheese, bagel thin, hamburger with bun, oven baked french fries, corn. Approx 1300 calorie. Did 21 minutes of Wii Fit Plus, free run.
Tuesday: coffee with 1/2 & 1/2, oatmeal with 1% milk, pepperoni pizza, spaghetti with shrimp, asparagus, garlic bread, cheetos, Oreo thin crisps 100 calorie pack, diet coke, 29 oz bottle water. Approx 1700 calories. Did Wii Walk It Out 1 hr and 10 minutes shovel snow.
Wednesday: coffee with 1/2 & 1/2, oatmeal with 1% milk, propel water, veggie burger and bun, broccoli, banana. I shoveled snow approx 30 minutes so far today.
Steps/mileage is good for this week. Need to watch my carbs. Trying for 1400 to 1600 calories per day and burning 1900 to 2100 calories per day. Shooting for losing 1 1/2 to 2 lbs per week.
I hit 15 years with my company this May, right after my birthday. I get 3 more vacation days this year, Woo Hoo!
I have my nail appointment today. Feeling pretty good. Focusing on fitting in my smaller jeans. 1 year ago today I weighed 143.5 lbs, my lowest in many years. So I am hoping to be back there by the end of February/1st week of March. Due to snow and beeper duty this week, may not get to the Y. Maybe I will try tomorrow AM. My luck the thing would go off just as I got on the treadmill. got my new Chico's catalog today. Going to pick out some outfits, cut out the pictures and paste them to my desk!
I love Kona coffee. It is my 2nd favorite to Jamaican Blue Mountain coffee, both of which are like $40 per lb. (Yep. I have expensive taste I guess when it comes to coffee.) I found Hawaiin Coffee at Trader Joes. $6.99 for a canister that is a lb I think. It is delicious! So I am going to get some more. Also going to stock up on some decaf as I need to drink no more than 2-3 cups regular coffee.
Just think! Only 67 more days to Spring!

Love the countdown to spring! I hope Kona is getting better. Can you take you vacation one day at a time or is it a week?
Love your motivation!

Kona is doing better. (Guess where she got her name, BTW? LOL! Kona also mean \"lady\" in Hawaiin.) I can take 1 day here and there and also 1 week or 2 weeks at a time. I am taking off last 2 weeks in July to go to San Diego with David and Paul. (They are dragging me to Comicon!) Ugh! We will be gone like Wednesday to Wednesday (cheaper if you fly mid week.) Kona will stay with Mom Mom.
Spring can\'t come soon enough for me! Tired of the cold, the dreary the \"dead\" trees, the short days!
Glad to hear that Kona is doing better, and that she seems to be responding to the antibiotics. Just imagine how thin you will be at the rate you are going by the time you go to San Diego in July.
You are keeping good records. You will be down so you can wear your skinny jeans before you know it. So happy Kona is doing better..
Really like the idea of cutting out pics from the catalogue and pasting them on your desk. What greater motivation would you need? Just think how good you will look in them when you reach your goal.
Nice job on the food and exercise too, especially Monday and Wednesday.....keep up the good work.
PS: Sending you heaps of sunshine....i have plenty for the both of us, but just think, without the dreary winter we wouldn\'t appreciate summer time.
I am so glad things are looking up Yvette. You are doing an awesome job keeping food and calories on track. Your always a fighter and you will keep doing great, just keep focused and fight gf! Glad Kona is feeling better, hope it all works out and she\'s ok. Have a great weekend and keep doing what you are doing!!!!
