Feeling extremely lonely right now.

Feeling extremely lonely right now. I don't know what to do. I've been alone just about the full day. Im struggling alot right now. Don't know what to do. I feel like I can't handle this. I'm struggling with the fact that when I feel alone as much as this it feels like I'm in a prison. I feel like I'm always alone!!!
