Feeling Discouraged and Frustrated

Does any one have advice for how to work the brain so I can retain information? I am quite serious! I don't know what it is that causes me to struggle so much with retaining information. I struggled in school with some things as well, but I'm having a difficult time with my job right now because there is so much information that we learn and it goes so fast at times that I am not able to keep it all straight in my head.
I was so upset today that I was seriously considering walking off the job which I have never done before....EVER! This is how frustrated I feel about the job.
I am so fed up with feeling stupid because I don't test well!! It also doesn't help with the fact that I am struggling with seeing words because the screen is blurry and the font is small. I know with some things I can change the font size but not in some of the systems we have to use to do the job.
I am at a loss. I don't know what to do...quit and find something else, or stick with it. I am not in the habit of quitting something so easily, but this is really working on me bad.

Lady, haven\'t you realized yet, the dark man wants you to be discouraged and down? Calm yourself, woman. Our Savior said He would use the small and the weak, the unimportant, the \"lesser\" of the world to save the world. He knows you are having difficulty, but don\'t let it get you down. Ask yourself how long have you been on this job? How long is your probation period? Can you break the tasks down into smaller increments so you are not so overwhelmed? Can you take a small break when you feel you have reached your limit, maybe turn around in a circle three times, to relive the stress. Please, don\'t forget to breathe, especially when you do feel overwhelmed. Please remember to ask Jesus to go to work with you each day.
Faith, do you think it was easy for me to work where I did when we worked together? All the tasks I was required to do along with working on the floor? How much paperwork I HAD to push and how difficult it was to keep all that in line, not to mention staffing issues, the schism when they didn\'t want to work together, the attitude of the \"boss\", pain in the butt as she was?
It does get easier with time. You will remember, Faith, as you give yourself some slack. There are times when it get so overpowering that you will go thru a period of blankness where you will swear you can\'t remember squat, but, given a day off or maybe two, then it will come back to you. Just like it was when you had to do all that paper work at our place of work. And you did that well, after the learning period in which we supported you, then in turn, you supported the newer hires.
You CAN do this, Faith. \'
I don\'t test well either. I get panicked and sweaty, my breath comes short, my heart races, then I think again, if this is where my Lord wants me, I can do this. Because He doesn\'t make mistakes. And you ain\'t stupid, no how, no way.

Be calm. Lay this memory issue in God\'s Hands.
