feeling crap

At the moment I am feeling crap.  I feel so sick and also tired and I have a flight tonight to Melbourne.  I don't know if it is medication or not. Pa died last Sat. so that is why I am going to Vic.  At least I will see my neice and nephews which is what I am looking forward to.
