Feeling better and finally got a grip

Thanks my friends for the encouraging words when I so needed a HUG, I melted down for about 3 hours which I guess I needed a good cry. I was fine going back to work even though it was difficult to pass by his room. I had to send 2 of my patients to ICU tonight one for pneumonia and one for anginaand that didn't bother mevery muc,I tested my INR this morning and it was a low 1.5 with a PT of 15.0 so doc has me on 80 ng of Lovenox twice a day along with 10 mg of coumadin every day until next Tuesday when he wants me to test again. My chest hurt a little bit today but my co-workers watched me like a hawk and I got through my shift. Just one more day and i get 2 days off so maybe I can rest, well maybe Monday after the Grandbabies leave for home and I can actually rest. We have a potluck planned after church services on Sunday then I will come home and make a nice easter dinner for us all.
