Feeling better

Well, I think my new herx is almost over. It is so weird how they bring back different symptoms each time. This time I was in alot of pain. My hands and feet and all my joints were swollen and stiff. I would wake up and it would be so hard to move.  I just remembered that I was on a new coctail of meds and now after about 2 weeks I am slowly feeling better.    It also started to get me depressd again. That is something I want to get rid off forever. I hate feeling that way. Sometimes feel so alone when you know people are there who care about you but no matter how hard you try to think it ,it doesn't click. I think my daughter is herxing too.  She is starting with a really sore throat. I will take her to the doctors just in case. Like I told her she is already on antibiotics. You never know with this stuff. i would have to get and give my family one of the most complex diseases out there. Well thats where my faith comes in. My God is bigger than anything that can come my way. I am thankfull I know that he has our back at all times.   Well that is it for now. I am geting ready to watch one of my favorte shows on A&E called "Intervention" about different people and different addictions trying to get clean. It makes me thankfull for overcoming all my addictions to the many drugs I did for a many a year. Another blessing from God. May he bless all my friends on here and watch over them.

It\'s so good to have the sx lessen, isn\'t it? I try to think back to when I didn\'t have the pain and it\'s hard to remember feeling really good. Our \"good\" is on a different scale than the rest of the world now, right? Before I knew it was LD I was starting to think that I must have hairline fracture in my right arm, it hurt so bad. Then I found out it was just the Lyme arthritis.
You\'re right, God is bigger. Sometimes I just wish He were nearer. I keep thinking He has to be coming soon, but even His disciples thought He was coming back in their lifetime, and His people waited how many thousands of years for Jesus to be born? \"A thousand years are as a day in His sight . . .\"
Sometimes that isn\'t very comforting.
How is your daughter doing with all this? Is her recovery better than yours? Is she able to live a mostly normal life?
Here\'s a hug so you know you aren\'t alone, and that I am thinking of you and praying for you. Hope you have a blessed day.
Hugs and love.

When the fog and pain of the herx starts to lift...oh, such a wonderful feeling. I hang onto those days and try to use them to get me through the next cycle. Such a slow and painful process, yet it is working...Thank God.

I am glad this is starting to happen for you, and I am keeping you in my thoughts and prayers.

Hugs and I hope you have a wondrous day,
Alana
