Feeling Better
I went in today and had my INR done to check it against my home monitor. I am sitting at a nice 2.9 which is nice and therapudetic for me. It sounds like my Doctor wants to keep me between 2.5 and 3.5 until they can figure out where the cots are coming from. After feeling sorry for myself for a few days I decided I needed to get off my butt and get back into life. I am going back to the fire Department this coming weekend, I have missed quite a few training sessions, and fire academy is coming up in March. I'd like to take the arson investigation course at academy. I am also staring back with my dog training (wearing my helmet) that way i can recertify in April and be ready for all the tourists this coming summer and fall. I'm still a little leary about riding my horse because I still have ice on the roads and I don't want the horse to fall with me. Tomorrow morning I will be going back to water aerobics, but will have to take off some time next week as my hubby is having multi level back surgery. After feeling sorry for myself, I gave myself a good kick in the Butt and am getting back in the game, Wish me luck.

Good luck, Ferr! You are quite a survivor! You are an inspiration to us all. Don\'t let this stop you from your dreams. You seem to have a good head on your shoulders about keeping things in balance- taking good care of yourself and keeping your career through the use of the home monitor, the helmet etc. You are doing everything right. Hang in there.
