Feeling bad :(

I'm not feeling well today. I am feeling rather frustrated with myself. I don't know why I am such a screw up. I've made some bad decisions that are coming back to bite me in the you know where. I guess you could say I hate working or at least most of the jobs I've had. The few jobs that I actually liked, well I got laid off from them cause the companies moved. One was Doubleday books, I was doing data entry work, I got some nice perks working for them. One big one was the monthly book/merchandise sale offered to the workers. We got a chance to buy books and merchandise for half or more than half the price the members got them for. Nice building, work hours and nothing but shade in the parking lot (plenty of spaces to park too) but they relocated to Indianapolis. I got a job at a library circulation desk. (back when you could talk to someone about a job and not have to go through an obstacle course like now) I left that job because of family issues, having to move away.

I have moments when I am happy, then moments I want to just go to sleep and not wake up. I just feel so lost. As most of you know I've said over and over how I hate working for Home Depot. The working conditions have gotten worse. Very unbearable. I feel frustrated after I received two rejection letters in my e mail. One from Barnes and Noble and the other from Walgreens. I doubt they even looked at my resumes. The way things work these days these companies will just send a form letter saying they looked at the resume, but have decided to go with other candidates.

I don't know where I belong anymore.

Sorry you're feeling this way. Just a suggestion, have you tried smaller companies, Mom & Pop businesses. Seems like you would fit right in there. Not sure how much Home Depot pays, but I hate the smell of that place soon as I walk in. Gentle Hugs!

Feeling for you. Life is a constant struggle.Even for those who have less material anxiety, they have other problems. No one is immune to suffering in this world. There is always happiness and distress. You are doing the best you can . I understand your frustration of not being able to live in a better situation with a better job and to feel happier in your life. Just hold strong and keep trying and know that you are not alone. It's not easy I know. I'm bedridden again today and struggling to accept it. So much precious time wasted being sick with CFS. The sun is shining outside and I'm pinned down once again by this physical body. Acceptance and surrender .Much love Di
