FEELING AWFUL
I almost don't where or how to begin today.
I feel, I don't know, like I've been thru the mill, hit by a semi etc. etc.
It would be so much better if lupus flares had exact symptoms all across the board because then I'd know what's going on at least & could deal with it accordingly.
I just can't seem to pull myself together. If I could sleep 20 hrs & just have to have a 4 hr day I might be OK. My cold/bug is not an issue anymore but I wonder if this could be an after affect of it, hmmm.
Part of me does wonder abt something else though. I've tried for a few months now to see how I'd do not taking my methotrexate injection & things seemed OK. I did not go thru any major regressions of any kind. So feeling guilty I took my injection last Sunday & all this week just feel like $%^%^&^(), warmed over to boot.
Sure makes you wonder abt the drugs they give us to supposedly "help us fight our Lupus".
Well to one friend that I know will have taken the time to read this & maybe give some input, I thank you fr my heart as I know your life is a handful at the best of times.
