Just A Thought...
I do try to lend a helping hand for those who do not feel their worth---
This is something I did learn and have continued ever since my birth---
Each of us is so very special and does have so much to give---
We can just hope for the opportunity throughout the time we live---
For all those things we all should have when we begin our life---
Within siblings, cousins, parents... or a husband and a wife---
We all do have that dream ... being loved, treated good---
Something every one of us does need to feel, and surely should---
I have come to realize in all the years I'm here---
There's much to learn from everyone if you do just look and hear---
Of what each of us does go through...each joy, each hurt, each pain---
When shared with others struggling...there is something we can gain--
Understanding and some comfort as we may come to know---
The joys, the aches, the sorrows... all things to help us grow---
And just as I'm reminded when I step back and pull away---
I do now reach out to others here who have had lots to say---
From sharing their experience, feedback or friendly words -- they all have helpful words---
And I am so appreciative ... and all were truly heard---
May we all be brave enough to reach out if we are feeling sucked back down (or overwhelmed) again.

I really believe we are all put here on this earth to learn and I often think of this world as a big, gigantic classroom and often ask myself, "What am I suppose to learn from this?" I usually get an answer but it rarely comes in a way, I would normally expect it to which is why I look upon every day as a new adventure in my life.
Also, as bad as things often seem, there are always other ways to look at it. What I have noticed, is that there is always something good that comes out of a bad situation, even if we don't see it right away, I think it's the way the universe balances itself, maybe.
There is alot of love in this world and you don't have to go very far to find it. We all have love in our hearts but it is often covered by a cloud so we don't see it. The thing to remember is, there is always a rainbow at the end of the storm....even if we don't see it, there is always a rainbow.....

I do believe that too. Sometimes I just have to look a little harder....or longer.
stay strong, you deserve happiness. it will come, most often when we aren't thinking as much about needing it. when we do so, we send a message to others that we are happy, content and desirable
