feeling a bit bumed out

i just herd we cound efford the money dispite the promis mom made
im not saying she didnt keep her word becase she says shes yet to botine the tools to get help
i just hate how i was told wed get help and then it keeps truning around saying ither no or not yet  i mean i got time to catch up on  i dont got a life time to hop over the hurdle of my LD problem to live
