Feeling a bit better- And ER visit

Wow... I really need to do better with these. I am doing a lot better on some things and just okay on others. I found this website called LemonAid and you can see a doctor online and get a prescription for birth control pills. I don't have my doctor's appointment until May 31st and so I got some birth control pills to even me out until I can get my shot. The pills don't work the same way as the shot, but it's okay. I increased my Neurontin to 300 mg twice a day instead of just once at night and I've been sleeping like crazy. Today is the first day that I haven't felt tired all day. I took a nice long shower, washed my hair, shaved, cut off some of my callouses (I have horrible ones) and just had a pampering session. It was nice. I'm kinda scared of exercising... on Monday I went for a walk and started feeling sick... I was debating between pushing myself and going more, or going home. I thought it was bad enough, so I turned around and started home. I walk by this homeless man, Carl, and he let me sit on a bucket for a bit to rest before I finished going home. I get home and Geo asks me how I'm doing and I say horrible... I feel like I'm going to throw up, I'm exhausted and dizzy. He got up right away and took my hand and led me to the room. He told me to take off my clothes (when I did, I saw how drenched in sweat they were... I could have wrung the sweat out of my sports bra) and he told me to lie down. He put the fan on me and got me some ice water. He said I had heat stroke and I needed to cool down and re-hydrate myself. I was sipping water and Gatorade. In a bit I felt better... I don't know what I would have done if it wasn't for him... I didn't know what was wrong. Geo said he's seen it before and so he knew what to do.
Tuesday I was feeling so bad... weak, tired, I had black diarrhea, vomiting... I went to the ER and they said I had gastroenteritis and colitis. They gave me some pills and sent me home. Geo was upset that i went... not that it was because I felt sick, but because he said that I'm replacing the real hospital with the mental hospital. When I want attention, instead of going to the clinic I go to the ER. Geo says that he has my moods down to a science.... this time last year was when I left him. That had to be one of the biggest mistakes of my life. I ruined his trust, the trust of his family, and just hurt myself in the process. It was a cry for attention and I should have known better. I just got caught up in everything. Okay, this has gone on for long enough.... Just know I'm feeling better and everything is looking up. Oh, and my weight has gone down from 237.6 to 234.2 as of yesterday. I haven't exercised since the heat stroke thing, but I'm not eating a lot.

So glad Geo knew what to do! Don\'t worry about the exercise until you are much better.

Hoping you are feeling better! Sounds like you have been threw a lot lately. Take it easy and dont over do it. Exercising after being so ill may not be the best idea until you get back on your feet again. HugggzZz
