Feelings

I've ben off the ativan now for about a month, been off the klonopin for 4 days now.  I am having trouble sleeping, also some light headedness with some tighness in the throat and chest for the first couple days off the klonopin don't know if they have anything to do with each other.  For the most part I feel pretty good though haven't had any anxiety since the 13th of July.
