Feel Pretty Good!
Went through an "emotional boot camp", Summit Education's Breaking Through-Part One, and it was really empowering. I realized I have a lot more influence on people than I think, as they would on me, if I allowed myself to be more vulnerable. I tend to hurt people through my anger, which really is the result of not looking into a situation closely enough, leap-frogging over it, out of a desire to rise above and conquer, and thus not fully understanding it, which really is the result of a lack of patience and a tendency to get bored easily, as well as an experience with a bully in the 4th grade, which in turn I allowed to influence my own behavior, turn me into the very bully I despised. I jump to conclusions, typically the wrong ones, which are not the situation at all. I condemn rather than supporting. I'm working on it.
