Tough day, but I have plently of things to be grateful for nevertheless.
.) I'm grateful for a hug from my niece on Saturday and for my Mom having me over for lunch and visiting my Grandpa.
.) I'm grateful that my anxious thoughts are just that thoughts and nothing more. They do not need to dictate my actions or have any influence on my true self.
.) I'm grateful that I have my privacy and that I can show up to work even though I have bad days I'm still making money.
.) I'm grateful that Satan is not God. He may whisper in my ear discouragements all day long but God is my truth and reality and life.
.) I'm grateful that my self image is stored with God and is in God. I'm grateful that right now I can make the choice actively to be who I want to be.
.) I'm grateful for continued sobriety and on the 13th I will have a month free from any drug, alcohol
.) I'm grateful that I do not need to be in control of anything It is not my responsibility to be in control of people circumstances or anything
.) I'm grateful for the sun and fresh air today.
.) I'm grateful that I'm alive and well and can afford things in the US and have plently of throwaway money for myself.
.) I'm grateful that my relationships are beginning to improve and that through difficulty I will know the path of peace.
