1.) I'm grateful today that I am a green belt in habit judo and that my belt showed up yesterday! 
2.)  I'm grateful today that I have a good paying job and I'm in good health. 
3.)  I'm grateful that when life gets really stressful I can always ride my bike or do some deep breathing to put me back into a better place. 
4.)  I'm grateful today that I'm thinking of beginning a relationship with a woman and I'm not intimidated by that fact much anymore.
5.)  I'm grateful today for the coke I had earlier it was delicious and pepped me up a bit.
6.)  I'm grateful today for the beauty of western washington and the priviledge it is to live here.
7.)  I'm grateful today that on call is lighter than usual and that I'm getting some time to get caught up on some work tickets. 
8.)  I'm grateful that I have my choices of work and what jobs I can do because that means that they trust me.
9.)  I'm grateful for my nieces who called and thanked me for some cards and gifts I gave them, they are such sweethearts even if Mom and Dad told them to do it.
10.)  I'm grateful that I'm growing up and being my own man.  I'm actually living accordingly to my own values and life goals.
