Fear of Pain??

You can see my tears running down sticky and all hot
And yet you pretend not to see as if ignored that they might stop...
You hesidently comfort me at times but show an air of annoyance
Then act as if nothing happened, and put on an agrogant stance.
I'm in the bedroom throwing up and you just stand at the door,
Are you scared? do you not care? or are your feet stuck to the floor?
You never asked if you could help me or assist in anyway,
I guess that you just staying there was maybe you helping in your own way?
I just don't understand all this supposed lack of care
When at other times your signals to me shows that you're aware
Please help me understand if I am something that you need
Or is this some way to feed a romantic greed
If you are there for me when I'm happy and I'm glad
then why can't you be there for me when I'm feeling sick and sad??
