FEAR OF COMMITMENT
Actually not that kind of fear of commitment - although that scares me too. But this is a commitment I am making to myself that I will get on my stair stepper for a minimum of 30 minutes a day. If I commit to this here - I am more likely to keep this commitment. The good thing is that once I get started I tend to exercise much more than justthe 30 minutes. One thing leads to another and after 60 minutes onthe stair stepper - I'm on to free weights which I love. I had a gym in my last house and I loved that. I need toset one up in this house too. I bought one of those Tony Little's swing step things - not sure whatthey call it but it is sort of like skiing off the ground. I started the Nutrisystem diet - but it isn't working very welland i think that the exercise is the key. Well that and not eatingall of the candy bars that come with the nutrisystem package in the first week. (they're supposed to last for a month:) I do hate dieting but I love the results. So I"m going to check in every day and say whether or not I have kept mycommitment - hopefully I don't lie.....

Dear Linda Jean,
I believe that you can do anything you set your mind to!!!! Just make it part of your daily routine, that is what I do when I have to get something done. Just make it part of my daily ritual... Eric
with Eric on this and certainly can understand eating candy bars
