Fatigue.....making me crazy!!

The fatigue is really getting to me. I take a shower,dry my hair and get dressed and I am a big sweating dripping out of breath exhausted mess. I have to lay down for an hour then I get up and try to do a load of laundry and the same thing. I am grateful to not have the pain but my hands and arms are weak, I can barely hold anything. I am having horrible foot and leg cramps all day and night. I have to wear wool socks 24-7 to keep my feet warm so the cramps get a little better. I wake up several times a night with night sweats. I am spending 20 hours out of 24 laying down too tired to even sit up. I am sure all of this is coming from the Predisone and Methotrexate. I am taking 6 MTX pills once a week and 2 1/2 Predisone pills a day and Humira injection once every two weeks. Rhuemy is trying to taper me off of the Predisone gradually. I wonder if the MTX injections would not make me feel as tired? I just don't know but am trying to work through all of this....
