Fatigue

Continuing the 4 x daily mestinon at 60 mg and prednisone at 4 x 5 mg ... which successfully controls the worst of the eye, speech, etc. symptoms but ... still feel quite fatigued and weak, all day.  Need to consider asking the doc to increase one or both?
