Fathers Day

Its Fathers Day. A day some are happy but maybe more sad.  Whether one has lost there dad to death or at some of our ages they left us. Then there are the ones who choose to be distant from their parents, which maybe the most painful to be rejected by our living children. What is wrong with this world. So many of us suffer the pain of the loss of our child not grom rejection but death.  Children who choose to reject their living parents need a good spanking, talking to, something to wake them up.  Just look at what has been happing in our world. Saddness killings, pain for what. The best statement I heard was when Today Show was talking about parents and children. They got to Al Roaker, he said, when my kids complain about their growing up time he says. "Your still alive aren't you, so I think I did a damn good job"  I listened at that and thought of how my husbands children are treating him.  Very cruel. He did give them a good life but they just complain. Now another holiday to remind parents more pain. Children love your parents while you can...parents love your children while you can. No promises of tomorrow.
