She finally is accepting that our marriage is over even though it is "my choice". So she is now making sure everyone sees her in a positive light and I am the bad guy.
I have been verbally attacked by friends and family now with comments like, enjoy my midlife crisis, another girl isn't worth it, dont be "that guy", or fix what I have done...?
My family have all passed now, and her family is what I have left. I hate to think about what she has told them but its done. I won't tell them the whole story even though I don't want them to think bad of me.

Taking the moral high ground is a hard road. Yes you are the better person for not bagging her out. I really hope you have a few trusted close friends to stand by you at this tough time. I hope she is not using the same attitude when she\'s with your kids. Take care of yourself.
