Family drama

I need someone’s advice and guidance or just to vent. It took me a lot of courage to come here and type this out. I moved to another state and moved in with my sister, she moved here few years ago, and I just moved here 6 months ago. Remind you she begged me for years to move out here. So I was brave enough made the decision and moved to better myself find a career and become happier. 

I’m constantly getting talked down too, and whatever I do isn’t good enough. She’s cool one minute then goes off on these crazy rants. It’s not fair to treat your family like that. Will go a week not arguing then she starts going off. Here are things she’s said to me:

You need to loose weight I wouldn’t eat that. 

You are selfish and only think of yourself. 

You don’t care to help, you’re lazy, and not a strong person.

You need to get your shit together.

Today was really hurtful she called me stupid, lazy and weak, and I’m not a strong person. Remind you I’ve been nothing but nice to her, whenever she needs to me watch her kids I do it, I’m even babysitting her kids this weekend so she can go on a vacation, but I’m stupid and lazy right? 

Ive been through lots of shit in my life, how much stronger could you get? 

When she called me stupid today I was defending myself and she was talking to me as if I was scum and nothing worthy of this world.
