falling apart.
My father has been going through chemo for almost two months now. His symptoms are getting unbearable for him and my mom is having to watch her husband fall apart more and more everyday. Its one of the hardest things I have been through to have to watch him and her both go through this time. My only comfort is that we are all under the same roof and I don't have to guess how they are doing. I can see with my own eyes.
I have many moments when all I do is cry. I am educated, I am strong, I am mindful of all his needs.....But I still feel so helpless and useless in all this.
I love my father.
I pray every night lord will have mercy on our family.

I feel for you Shelby, I lost my Wife a few years back to Ovarian Cancer. We go through unbearable survival in powerlessness. Trying to make sense of it is even more disturbing. Stay in touch w/ the process of grieving, it will keep you in touch w/ yourself ( as tough as it is ) you\'ll benefit in a more stable course post Cancer. I\'m so sorry for your realizations, it is the toughest time in Life by far. Mark xx
I am sorry Shelby. I will pray for you too.
Dear Shelby, I have a prayer list that I use every day and night. You and your dad and mom and all yours are on it. I pray that the Lord, Whom you know and Who knows you, will be with you all the time and give you strength and peace. God bless you now and always.
