Fallen Again
Well I fell again and it hurts. Last year about this same time I was using opiates and ended up in treatment. I am using again and I want out. I am tired and afraid and in pain. If anyone has advise on staying clean and getting clean at home let me know. This hurts.

Holding on. I spoke to some of my sober living friends and they are praying for me.
Much better today after some rest and relaxation and talking to friends. I see my therapist today and downtime is really needed this weekend.
i made it. i feel alot better. i just have to stay in focus, read, pray and not isolate. its time to go to sleep. its nice to be normally tired and looking forward to going to bed. i will start all over tomorrow.
