Fall has arrived early and I'm on a roll

The temperature has turned much cooler. It makes breathing a bit easier and I am able to get about more. Actually I'm rather proud of myself. By being careful and more than a little lucky. I have been able to go more than a year without a trip to the ER. When it's very hot I tend to have trouble. I also have not had an upper respiratory infection this year. Those things plagued me for a couple of years but this year I caught a break. I'm a little nervous even mentioning it. Don't want to jinks things. But it has been a nice run.  I seem to keep coming up with things that I need to adjust to, but so far so good. It hasn't been anything I haven't been able to handle. Life is good. Be well, Tom
