Faired well
Despite the consequence of jail - T came out smellin' like a rose. He was only in there for two days for probation violation for an underage drinking charge he had last year. Because he didn't have a lawyer - judge ordered jail. He told me that she almost let him off but thought better of it since he didn't fulfill his probation orders. When he was in there - he read a whole book! I don't think he's done that since grade school. It was the Hunger Games and told me all about it when i picked him up. Lesson learned? I don't think so because he likes the end results because there are no more court dates (because he had no lawyer) and he's off probation. Fortunately, he is in a much, much better place than he once was. Sad that he sprained his ankle and can't work before going off to school ~. Mad at him for not giving his boss any notice and then called him two hours after he was to be there. Not sure if they will hire him again. The week before he was two hours late. First real job he's had and is very picky about where he works.

Gary has always been picky about where he works to. That drives me crazy. We\'ve been talking about that for the last several days, so I\'m hoping his attitude is different now. He just needs a job to pay his bills while he works on sobriety. A \"cool\" job will come along in the future. jeez.
I just got back from vacation and caught up reading your journals. It sounds like T-man is doing better. The two days in jail probably did him some good. I hope this semester works out better than the last one. It\'s good he\'s getting somewhat of a fresh start at school.
What a coincidence that he read The Hunger Games. Trevor picked that up Sunday for the flight home and he\'s been reading it ever since.
well, its ups and downs, is it not...oh goooodnesssss............but it sounds as though it is all moving towards more ups than downs....Good on him...and....you..........and reading....brilliant....huggsxxx
