Facing challenges

I'm having trouble reuniting with my daughter. There are many lies from others about the situation and plenty want to impose alienation. Everyday I worry about her as she's now living in an area with lots of civil rights abuse and authorities say if loved ones try to reunite often they're abducted with no due process accountabilty. I'm not sure what to do to rectify the situation without becoming victimized. She's a very good daughter. I'm sure she'd like to reunite.
