Facet Pain????

Well my (physical)pain journey began shortly before joining this site in 2013...

It started with an ache in my lower right back-near hip....I dismissed it as strain/etc...as did my doctor.

It never got worse---but constant....

Then....about 18 months ago...my thighs/hamstings cramped like mad!!! Literal balls of cramps in back of thighs!!!

THEN---the excruciating part came...a cramp in my right lower side/groin which was almost disabling!!

As routine...I got my endoscopy and colonoscopy done...which came back good---thank GOD!

So...I sought a chiropractor....as it turned out...a lower disc is baely pinching a nerve...and thus alll the discomfort! He calls the pain "facet pain".

This is my first time going to chiropractor....I have been going two weeks---3 times per week....it is helping quite a bit.

Anyone heard of facet pain?

Anyone has chiropractic treatments?
