eye thing

So I am feeling much more hopeful today about the mess in my eye.  Just talked to one of my cousins who had had an "eye stroke" a few years ago and is totally blind in one eye and it sounded like exactly what happened to me; except, she woke up thought she just had a cold or something in her eye and proceeded to go camping for several days.  Did go into the doctor for a while and by the time she went in there was nothing they could do for her sight.  So I'm feeling lucky (weird, but true) that I caught it right away and they may be able to save some sight.  That's my happy for today story!! I live by the adage 'you cried when you had no shoes, until you met a man who had no feet" that's the Irish part-hey I've got feet and a chance so it's all good.  Have a great day everyone.   Trish
