eye doctor appointment!
hello, i had my eye doctor appointment this afternoon. it wasn't as bad as i thought it would. my neighbor took me. she held my hands the first time they put the drops in because i don't like anyone putting drops in my eyes. a little while the doctor put another drop in each eye and it didn't bother me. i do have cataracts but he said they are very mild and i shouldn't need any surgery for quite a while. he said my eyes were dry even though they run a lot. he said it was from the fibromyalgia and some of the medication i'm on.
the only bad thing i mentioned about the mri i just had done. it was the same as the first one but the doctor i see said i had lesions and she said i didn't have ms which ms which is why they did it (my sister has ms). she thought i might've had a stroke at one time. i haven't to my knowledge. he wants me to come back next month and he's going to do a side view of my eyes. that's all i know.

thank you for your post. i told the eye doctor about what my doctor said about a possible stroke. he said he was going to check with her and he has me coming back to do a side view of my eyes on april 12th. i will let you know how that goes plus this tuesday i see my doctor that ordered the mri. i also had blood work done this week. will also keep you posted. thank you for your support and interest. have a great weekend. hugs, tgik
