extremely worried
just got a call from my doc my lvl is 250 with cysts on the left side the doc wants to put me on birth control for this cycle to help my ovaries calm down... I am really worried because I have never taken birth control and its weird for me to take something to prevent pregnancy when im trying. anyone else have to do this?

I haven\'t had to do this, but a friend of mine who went through 6 IUI\'s did. The drugs overstimulated her and she had to be put on BC.
ya i think thats what happened with me i just dont want them to make it so i cant have kids
I was always on BC with my IVF cycles. And I also had cysts before beginning which the BC made them go away. It\'s incredibly normal to be on BC during the ttc process, which seems weird! I had never been on it before seeing a doctor and always thought it was funny that they put me on something to prevent pregnancy. But it\'s normal!
