Exhaustion is Draining

Two thirty and I am ready for a nap, again. I sleep all night wake up and by 10 AM I need a nap. Now I need one again. When I say I need a nap I am not exaggerating. I am literally falling asleep in my chair. If I close my eyes I will be asleep in a matter of seconds. I hate it, loathe it, despise it and really want it to stop. There are two reasons, I am being told for the 'grogginess', the first is a lack of Complex B vitamins in my system. The second is a low testosterone reading. B vitamin is supplemented with a month shot and all of the B vitamin pills I can swallow. The other by inserting a pellet under the skin on my hip to feed my body testosterone at regular intervals. It is not currently approved by the FDA and cost 400$. Thus I am tired all the time. I have found a remedy and I love it, but it is not something I can mention in public. I have to say though it makes me feel like a normal person again and not a mind numb zombie who wants to nap the day away. More Later...

Do you have a regular workout schedule that you are following? Anemia can also cause drowsiness. Glad you at least have found some kind of way to fight off the sleepiness.
